I was already having a bad day and having car issues just topped it off. I am sure I might have come off as frustrated or annoyed but Rachel did everything she could to ensure I was taken care of. Not only did she listen to my needs for my car but you could tell she actually cared what was wrong. While I thanked Rachel for caring and helping me and my car be taken care of. I felt I needed to remind her again how much her positive attitude and showing she cared meant to me. More
