Our experience with Miguel Sanchez came close to us walking out and not completing the deal. He was extremely rude and questioned our numbers and my wife's ability to understand APR's and scale. Low and behold she was correct and his numbers were off. When he left he shook my hand and not hers. He later came back to apologize, but it was a little late. If he was the only Finance person that day, we would have walked and not returned. We completed our financing with Johnathan Roberts and he was exceptional!! More

We came here after a HORRIBLE experience at another Chevy dealership in Orlando. Right away we were greeted by Clarissa and her personality was just the greatest, she was sweet as pie and was just the most honest person. She made buying a car so easy and not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Her customer service was bar none and I am SO happy that she was our salesgirl. Her boss, Joseph Anthony was great as well.. together they made our entire process easy and comfortable. We are elated with my new purchase and hope that she is still around when my husband is ready for a new car in a few years. More
