Cons: 1) Shanna Williams didn't explain all the features that car that I took for test drive has, instead of explaining how this car "amazing" she is keep asking personal questions, as where I work, how much I want to spend, how much I can pay monthly... it's ok to ask when a person already knows for sure that she want to purchase this car. In my case I was only checking if this car comfortable to drive and which features this car has... when I asked questions about car, only than she started explained everything; 2) Appointment system is not working, when I called to office I made an appointment with a certain person for a test drive, when I arrived they said that this guy is an "internet" seller, so they gave me other guy Steve, but he was keep saying that he has another customer in 40 min, so instead of test drive 3 different cars that I planned, he said choose one... or make an appointment for other day, lol, I got very upset because I already made an appointment for today, couple days ago in advance!!!! So I told him give me another sales person who is not in rush and can explain me properly everything, he took me to Shanna Williams; 3) no offering water or tea while waiting for "estimate" price for the car and It took so long to bring me a pricing. More

He was not pushy and didn't try to get me to purchase something that I really didn't want. I would 100% recommend Steve to anyone that is purchasing a new or used vehicle. I w After driving a Honda CR-V for the past 9 years, when I made the decision to start looking for a newer car, I wanted to explore all of my options. I walked in on Sunday not planning to buy and left with a brand new 2020 Blazer. I am not an impulsive buyer and am very budget driven. Josh Tojek provided exceptional service. He was professional, courteous, explained things to me as though I was an equal, and was not once condescending; these are qualities I can say about very few car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He basically took every stereotype you would have about the car buying experience and shattered it. It's because of this he earned my business and I could not be happier with my new car. As a realtor, having reliable transportation, Apple CarPlay, and OnStar were must haves. As a mother, having top rated safety features and room for my toddler and 6'5" husband were also must haves. This is a lengthy checklist and having the right number for monthly car payments was needed. Josh and Carlos shopped around to find me the lowest interest rate to make sure I was not out of my comfort zone price wise. I could not be happier with this experience and will be sure to recommend Don Mealey Chevrolet in the future. More
