Had break pads replaced...great service!!! Met with Joshua to set up appt for following Monday. He met me first thing at appt time and arranged for transportation back home. Within 5 minutes I was in the shuttle after drop off. Car was ready 3 hrs ahead of schedule and the shuttle to get me back to the dealership was prompt. Efficient service from beginning to end. Excellent customer service. I was helped by Chris who addressed my original service issue. My tire pressure light came on so he had someone check it out, finding that I had a n I was helped by Chris who addressed my original service issue. My tire pressure light came on so he had someone check it out, finding that I had a nail in it. He had it put in service bay to patch it. Found out i needed 4 new tires and license light. He explained the tire issue and sale going on. Also said his wife had gotten a ticket because her license light was out. Chris worked his tail off dealing with my issue in a professional yet friendly manner. I did not feel I was being taken advantage of because I was a woman. I was going on a road trip so I appreciated that he made sure the car was checked over thoroughly. Great customer service!!! More
