I took my 2011 RAV 4 for a full service including among others: oil & filter, replacement of 4 tires & their alignment, replacement of a hose leaking along the water cooling system, replacement of rear wip others: oil & filter, replacement of 4 tires & their alignment, replacement of a hose leaking along the water cooling system, replacement of rear wiper, replacement of the lube system fluid, replacement of rear brakes and general mechanical inspection. Mr Antonio Novoa and his team performed a great service, very professional, understood client's expectations, answered all my questions, explained every single detail as well as the proposed solutions. In a nutshell, the service at Don McGill Toyota of Katy was outstanding, particularly Mr Antonio Novoa's team , therefore, I do not have any reservation to say "it's highly recommended". More
