Unprofessional, wasted my time. I called to schedule a service appointment for a recall. The part was going to take a couple days to arrive, so they scheduled me 3 days out at 0700. I made arrangements to be able to drop the car off on a Wednesday at 0700. Tuesday, I received a text to confirm my appointment. On Wednesday morning, I show up for my appointment and they dont have the part in stock! Its fine that the part is taking longer to arrive, its not ok to have me find out after I arranged child care, sat in traffic, and drove out there early in the morning. No calls, nothing. They even confirmed the appointment the night before. They should have rescheduled my appointment and not been a complete waste of time. More
