I really appreciate that I have the same Assistant Service Manager for all my service needs for each visit. Routine service appointments are quick and easy to schedule. Even if all 17 were actively engaged in customer service, it is bad optics to make someone wait while you chat amongst yourselves. The price of service here is as expensive as Toyota corporate will allow, but at least the work is top quality. I literally dread coming in and dealing with the insane wait (even with appointments) and the coin toss of how snotty the service “manager” will be, but the work is good so I keep dealing with them. More
