Paul N. the gentleman who helped me was very helpful, he explained everything to me from the time I dropped my car outside until the end of the service. We had the windshield replaced and the technician was great. He estimated 1.5 to 2 hours to complete, but was able to finish in an hour and had the toll tag and the registration tag moved over to the ne great.
