Thanks to a caring assistant in the service department, I got answers that I was not getting by calling. I think whomever answers your phones in Katy and Houston, needs to be more professional and actually l got answers that I was not getting by calling. first time using Toyota of Katy. Finance guy was great, but have been very disappointed with the rest. Have been told 3 times that the car would be ready only to find out that it's going to be longer. "I'll call you tomorrow at this time," says the sales guy. Never calls I have to call him only to hear "I'll talk to my manager." I call the service dept and get transferred 4 times and finally when it gets to someone in the right place all I hear is "the technician is not in today" and "we can't do anything to help you." The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Tom Melanson in the finance dept was actually helpful. I'm seriously considering getting my money back and going somewhere else. More
