My husband and I came to this dealership after receiving horrible customer service at the other Don McGill location, and we're so glad we did. Immediately walking in, we were greeted and paired up with Tom horrible customer service at the other Don McGill location, and we're so glad we did. Immediately walking in, we were greeted and paired up with Tom Munoz who was a fantastic salesperson. The first thing he did was to sit us down and actually listen to what we wanted in a vehicle. When my husband and I told him we wanted to look at Toyota Highlander Plus, he immediately took us over to the selection they had on hand. He answered every question we had. He knows the vehicles he sells which is awesome because it allows us to have more confidence in where we decided to buy our car. Unfortunately, the new 2013 models were a bit out of our price range. Tom knew how much my husband wanted the Highlander so he actually recommended for us to take a look at a used model which is something that didn't even occur to us. I'm so glad he did. Not only was the model almost brand-new (7,000 miles), it had an updated sound system, navigation system, and was the highest version of the Highlander-Limited. If we had bought a new model with similar features it would have set us back over $43,000. Tom helped us on the price, and we got our vehicle for almost Kelly Blue Book cost. He even sat us down to go over step by step regarding how the Toyota Used Car Certification works. If we had any questions, he patiently answered them. He even spoke to the people in the Financing Department to get us the best financing deal possible. I know this because I already got an outside financing prospectus with my credit union. When my husband and I wanted a few days to think the deal over, he never pressured us. He even told us that he was there to get us the best deal possible- the deal that made the most sense to us economically. When we even told him we were thinking of not getting an SUV but rather another sedan which would be cheaper, he gladly said he would help us find the best fit for us. That's great service right there. He's not your typical sales person pushing the highest priced vehicle on a buyer to make the most commission. He actually listens to what you want and tries to make it happen. He also has a great attitude and is very funny. Best of all, he makes the car buying process relatively painless. Definitely go to Tom if you're looking to get a car! You won't regret it. P.S. I'm sorry this is so long but I wanted everyone to know about the great service my husband and I received with Tom! More
We walked in looking for a car for our daughter, told them what we were looking for and our price range. Jorge was very helpful, brought us a nice 2009 Toyota Corolla, which our daughter loved. When I walked up to open the trunk on a Camry Hybrid, I heard someone say, "Let me open that for you." Courtney immediately opened the driver's door and puled the lever to open the trunk. His approach was friendly, and helpful. I explained to him that I was driving a "leased" Prius, and the lease was not up until June, but needed something with more Cargo space. I also told him that I needed it now, and would like to buy, but didn't want to pay a penalty for turning in my lease car early. He said he would check on that, and came back with the good news that they would work with me! And "they" did. He was courteous, answered my questions, found a Prius V that fit my needs, walked me through all of the finance details, answered all of my many questions, and treated me as if I were his "Mother"! I walked out of there several hours later, driving a 2013 Prius V. Courtney helped me move my personal belongings from the other Prius, and sent me off with a really good feeling that I had make the right choice! I will definitely reccommend him and Don McGill Toyota to my friends! More
I've owned 2 vehicles, but this is the first vehicle I've bought for myself. My parents bought the others when I was younger, but it was time for a larger car. He was honest and told me he didn't feel comfortable selling me a used Tahoe that I really liked because of the higher mileage because he knew this would soon be a vehicle I would grow into with my fiance, dog, and hopefully kids in the near future. I purchased a 2008 Toyota Sequoia, and I fell in love immediately! Tom knew what my budget was and pushed very hard to make sure my payments were affordable. I left there with an amazing Sequoia, a payment under what I orginally budgeted for, and plenty of room to grow into the car in the near future. I would definitely recommend any of my friends of family to Don McGill and to see Tom. More

My wife and I received the usual friendly and courteous treatment from Tom. We got a decent offer on our 2010 Camry and a good price on the Tundra. We’ll definitely be back to upgrade our other vehicle. The service department at Don McGill is also very efficient. They have performed the routine maintenance on our vehicles for over ten years in a very timely manner. More
