My service advisor Omar is amazing. He is the reason I will continue to be a Toyota of Katy customer. He is personable and professional. He greets me by name each time he sees me. He also takes the time to learn about my family and lifestyle choices that impact my vehicle such as our annual roadtrip. Paul N. the gentleman who helped me was very helpful, he explained everything to me from the time I dropped my car outside until the end of the service. I have never received such assistance before most of the time the others who have assisted me were kind of rushing but Paul was very patient and answered all my questions. By Samuel Perez, who asked me to fill out an application I filled out an application and it took him all day to get Paystub’s. Sent the paystub at 9 AM and finally at almost 3 PM. He returned my message. For a status and said his manager was working on it. It’s now after seven and they are closed with no answers and no return messages from anyone at the dealership. If you can’t approve me or don’t want to approve me that’s fine at least let me know instead of leading me on and dragging this out for three days, seems like they don’t need any additional business . Their lack of communication. Is terrible. Know before you go that the finance department is in no hurry to assist you. They can’t even return a simple message and give you a status and let you know what’s going on. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and it doesn’t take three days to Even getting an approval. If I were you, I would go to another dealership that really wanted your business. Don McGill obviously does it. If I’m having this Many problems before I can even purchase a vehicle can you imagine the problems I would have after purchasing the vehicle if I?
