This is my fourth purchase from this dealer. It has always been a simple straight forward transaction. They are always fair and strive to make the customer happy. Bought a 2007 Toyota Sequoia. Great vehicle but turned out to be stolen. Had to surrender it. Don McGill has done nothing about it leaving me to hold all of the financial responsibility and fall out. We had the DPS show up at our house to surrender the vehicle. We have had to retain an attorney. Don McGill said that they would swap out our vehicle or buy us out of the vehicle (either ever happened). They gave us a piece of junk loaner and then took it back once we got tired of waiting and filed sued against them. We had to rent a vehicle out of our pocket from then on as well as continue to pay the payment on the now impounded vehicle. We had to continue insuring the impounded vehicle as well as pay the towing and $20/day for the impound storage. Don McGill of Katy has done nothing to resolve this situation theyrefuse to take responsibility for the vehicle the situation or the financial situation and strain it has put on me and my family. I will never do business with Don McGill again and I advise you to do the same. Customer service is not even in the book. More
