great sales guy- terrible finance and manager what was suppose to be short and sweet transaction it was turned out to be extremely bad experience. first the sales manager was tried to cancel the d what was suppose to be short and sweet transaction it was turned out to be extremely bad experience. first the sales manager was tried to cancel the deal that sales person made indicating it was a mistake. as we were leaving getting on car he all on a sudden agreed, not sure if that's how they were trained to somehow get more money from you. and next experience ws no less than 'transaction done I xxxx '. After making us waiting 3 hours finance guy finally showed up offering us 7 % interest rate [my credit score is 830] and kept on telling us that that's all he has. aer going back and forth when we decided to back out he agreed lower interest rate. dear don McGill I just hope that they are not doing it on purpose [it felt like it] , anyway going over everything that happened I am getting really angry for how we are treated More

Lack of after the sale service commitment We are appalled by the lack of service after the sale. Truck was purchased in July and as of today, not one single call to ask how is the vehicle doin We are appalled by the lack of service after the sale. Truck was purchased in July and as of today, not one single call to ask how is the vehicle doing or how we enjoying it so far. We have however received quite a number of email request to rate the dealer. Well, here it is. Our other gripe is the dealer agreed to installed an $800 remote starter as part of the signing deal. It took them over three weeks to get us on the schedule for installation. The remote starter, however, turned out to be a cheap aftermarket product that has no use. We have asked for a refund and removal of the part but so far the dealer has refused. We are unhappy customers. More
