Some disappointments Even though I completed most things online it still took over 3 hours to finalize the deal. Cars weren’t ready to view for our appointment. When the deal was finished the dealership was not able to locate the second key for the car we purchased. The sales person was far too busy to go over all of the features of the entertainment system and other features. Dealership wasn't’ able to pull up the information provided online during our visit. not good experiences After test drive, work out price, I offered $38000 drive out ( including one $1000 trade in), manage back offered $38,300 drive out. I agreed. Today I received documents from wellsfargo, I found my actual drive out price is over $39,041. I almost sure this isn’t price when I sign. I wound not recommend this dearler. More
