I had a service appointment this morning and I had a great experience. Carter; the service advisor was excellent. He was personable and explained all the service needs and reviewed the service histor great experience. Carter; the service advisor was excellent. He was personable and explained all the service needs and reviewed the service history of my vehicle. Carter offered recommendations based on my vehicles needs and allowed me to make decisions that suited my needs. Thank you for the timely service (only took about an hour). Great overall experience. There are a few things that are important to me when I go to the dealership. 1) I'm able to get in and out 2) the service requested is done correctly 3) I don't feel pressured to add additional services. A complementary car wash is also great, but I value my time more. 4) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I was able to get in and out in 30 min. I don't see any issues with the service provided. This experience was the best I have ever had in buying a vehicle and I have dealt with many different dealerships. The salesman that made my experience so amazing was Zeb Poindexter. He didn't descend in vehicle and I have dealt with many different dealerships. The salesman that made my experience so amazing was Zeb Poindexter.
