Assistant Service Manager Richard Hernandez deserves recognition for his superior handling of my problem. After a brake job, well done, I noticed my wheel hubcap centers were damaged. After reviewing photos taken at the time I brought my vehicle in he decided to rectify the problem by ordering new hubcap centers. All this was handled very smoothly and efficently.
