I came into the dealership with an agenda of getting a car with at least 35 mpg. I test drove the chevy cruze eco (rated at 42/highway) liked it and requested the lowest price they would take. (bonus, as i didn't want to use up my entire day off talking to a salesperson). Over the next couple of days i researched the car on the internet and received quotes from various other dealers. Don Johnson's shot me the best overall price and I went back in 4 days later and purchased my car. I felt i had a great experience buying my first brand new car since 1986 and would definitely go back. By the way I LOVE my cruze eco so far. It drives and handles wonderfully, and the gas gauge has hardly gone down!. YEAH! More

I was driving home from Duluth MN to Cleveland OH. I stopped at a rest area and my Cobalt ignition switch was locked in the on position and I could not shut off the car. I Googled Wisconsin Chevrolet Dealers on my phone and found Don Johnson. I plugged the address into Garmin and it showed I could be there around 4 pm. I called the dealer and talked with Mike the service manager. He said bring it in and they would have a look. I arrived aroud 4 and Mike took the car right in. The problem was a broken tumbler in the ignition lock. Mike called in a local locksmith to help with the repairs. They had the repair done by 5 before the service department closed! Outstanding service! I was in awe of the friendliness and eagerness to help of this dealership! I wish I had this type of service close to home! I would highly recommend this dealership!
