I have gone to Don Johnson Motors for many years and have never been disappointed in the quality of the service and salesmanship. I tend to do a lot of big-city and long-distance driving, and Adam had me te never been disappointed in the quality of the service and salesmanship. Throughout the process, Adam was most considerate and answered all questions. The price and terms were agreeable, and a recent 300-mile excursion on a variety of Wisconsin roads really convinced me of my decision. This was a good deal. More
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to Don Johnson of Hayward if my life depended on it. I just spent 40K on a truck there and it has issues. They fixed the back up camera for free which is cool and all Hayward if my life depended on it. I just spent 40K on a truck there and it has issues. They fixed the back up camera for free which is cool and all but it also pulls way to the right. They tried charging me $110 to look at it. After I spent all that money there 2 weeks ago. Their communication sucks. The salesmen told me everything was perfectly fine and checked out even the windshield wipers. They tried getting me to pay another $25 to get one replaced because it’s got a streak. It has no streak they don’t want what’s in your best interest they want to suck all the money you’ve got from you. Also I had some questions after I bought the vehicle and the attitude I got from them was kind of frightening. Do better. Worst experience ever. On the other hand, Timber ford of Hayward is always glad to help and has the best Customer service in the area. More

Routine maintenance was performed satisfactorily-no issues or complaints. What is annoying as xxxx is that a review is expected/pushed EVERY time we have routine maintenance done.
