I bought a hard to find truck from Don Johnson Motors. I traded my car I have had for 6 years for a very fair price. He gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to Sales Managers and all of his co-workers, just in case he is not there and I were to ever need anything, I would know who to go to for help. I signed my loan papers with a peron, David told me was new to the dealership, her name was Amanda. I would not have known she was new if he had not told me. She was thurough and knowledgeable with her products and was not pushy or nervous, just friendly and honest. This was the easiest and most seemless buying experience I have even had. Unfortuneatly, I live in the Hudson WI area, and I will not be able to do all of my service work there, but, whenever possible, I will definately stop in and visit my new friends at Don Johnson Motors in Rice Lake. I am glad to say since I left the dealership, I am confident that I had made the very best buying decision. The people of Rice Lake are lucky to have such a great bunch of people to help them with all of there vehicle needs. Travis was great to work with, took lots of pictures I requested, answered numerous texts and phone calls and kept me well informed. This was very reassuring as I had such a long drive and felt like when I got there everything would be as represented and it was. the customer service was A+ and despite the long drive I would do it all over again in fact I would consider them for a future purchase just because they were so friendly and easy to work with. One of the things that will send me out the door of a car dealership fast....is a pushy sales person. Shawn greeted me with a big smile and relaxed manner. I described what I wanted in a car, not knowing what was available and the first car that Shawn showed me was the one I ended up buying. The signing for the car was very smooth and that gentleman...I forgot his name...before hand had asked if I had a relative who had worked for GM, which I did, and I was able to save a little money. I love the Cruze....the looks, it has power when I need it, really fun to drive and the gas savings is wonderful! I am hoping that it will be a trouble free car that will last a long time! More
