Recently, with COVID and a divorce, this manager of the dealership screwed me for trading in my Ridgeline for a af dealership was good to me in 2019. After many years of being a Honda customer, I forbid to choose Don Jacobs Honda in Lexington ever again. I have 4 oils changes left,then I'm done with this dealership. Never, have I had I pay any money down on a lease, and then left with,not 36,000 miles to my lease, but 30,000 miles for 3 years. Think twice before going here. The manager is a heartless crook!
