I was having trouble with my 20 year old CRV. Service wasn’t able to recreate the problem and would not do an expensive repair without knowing exactly what, if anything, needing fixing. Having already thought about replacing the vehicle I was I introduced to Michael Dobson. He went over what I was looking for in a new vehicle - size, colors, interior, options. He made some suggestions and had me sit in different style cars. At no time did I feel pressured. When I did pick up my new car he went over all the features and made sure I was comfortable with them. He also stressed that I could call if I have any questions.
