Sales personel just want a sell. Arrived at the dealership to drive a car at 12:34, the sales person didnt have it ready, kept us buisy till it was ready to test drive. Liked it and then tried to get the loan through our frozen credit due to Anthem "breech". Put almost $2000 down on the car and waited. Left the dealership to pick up kids from school at 1:54pm because it took them that long to tell us about the freeze. Got the credit unfroze for DonJacobs to use. Picked up kids at 3:21 pm. Drove back to dealership almost an hour away, over half way there get a text to not come back for "several" hours. I texted we would go to the movies, also my husband would need to unfreeze the account for the bank they used and give them access. The dealer texted back he didnt need it. Movie ends, we occupy kids, go back to the dealership at 7:30pm! Our sales guy was gone. They needed the code after all, would not give me my money back, let us take the car home at 8:36 pm. We unfroze the account again, costing us $20! Its the next day and 9am 3 hours till24 hours later and still no call. This is an honest response, they have offered us no discount on the car either for all our trouble, just let us drive it home. I am definitly having second thoughts about this place. I would not recommend it if you have a security freeze, they lack communication between employees and buyers. Bad customer service! More

Robbie made certain I understood the service notifications before any maintenance The service department at Don Javobs BMW far exceeded my expections. Robbie made certain I understood the service notifications before any maintenance was completed (my first service visit for my X3). He took extra time to answer ALL my questions. He even made sure I had transportation so I could enjoy my day off and time in Lexington shopping at the mall. He contacted me promptly when the car was ready and once before to update me on service needed. I was so pleased with my exceptional service and Robbie's willingness to assist, that I have shared with friends, especially those that enjoy driving BMWs. I will continue to use their service and recommend it to others. Thank you for making me feel so special...keep up the great work! More
Fast, friendly service I recently re-located to Lexington. I have owned 3 other BMW's in addition to my current one. I had the best service experience at Don Jacobs BMW than I have ever had from any other dealership. My car was serviced in a timely manner and all of the staff was incredibly friendly. I do not dread have my car serviced anymore!! More

Great Service & Parts team! I bought my 2005 BMW 330i from Don Jacobs a few years ago and while it hasn't had many issues, Tim has always been there to get me fixed up and back o I bought my 2005 BMW 330i from Don Jacobs a few years ago and while it hasn't had many issues, Tim has always been there to get me fixed up and back on the road quickly! I have also purchased parts from their friendly parts staff and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. More

Robbie, in particular, has been terrific - even I have been helped by almost all of the guys in the service department and they have all been great. Robbie, in particular, has been terrific - even delivering my keys to me when I left them at the dealership! I'm always kept informed of progress and provided with a beautiful, new loaner car for the day. Happy to recommend this dealership. More
