Even though she had owned vehicles in the past, she had no credit rating because she had purchased past vehicles at buy here pay here dealerships. She had set her heart on a Jetta, taken the money from her bank, and even gone so far as to sign her name on the dotted line. She was fine with the estimated monthly payments and had budgeted for it, but when she called her insurance agent insurance on the vehicle would double her estimated payment. Her schedule with being in school full time, National Gaurd Training, and part time work did not allow any flexibility. Her salesman Robert Harris, talked a very nervous young woman down from the ledge and was able to help her change her decision and walk away with an attractive, reliable, used Honda Accord that she was able to purchase outright. We dealt with a very kind salesperson, Mr. Harrison Jenkins. He was able to give us a very good price on a brand new Volkswagon Passat AND 0% financing, which the other dealership we were at would not do. More

Poor Experience I bought a 2017 BMW X5 from Don Jacobs. I had two issues in addition to the length of time held in the showroom sitting at the desk while salesman le I bought a 2017 BMW X5 from Don Jacobs. I had two issues in addition to the length of time held in the showroom sitting at the desk while salesman left to talk to managers. First issue is I wanted a hitch to put the my bike rack on the back, The salesman left to get the price which took quite some time and came back with a quote of $1100 which while high was acceptable. When I contacted the service department to get installed the price was increased to $2300 - over double! The other issue which I can take some responsiblity for is I told the salesman that I wanted a few options such as active cruise control he said it was included in one of the packages that was included. Itwas not. Overall very disappointed in the experience. I was bought several BMW's, Lexus, and MB in my 60 years and this was by far the lowest rated dealership. Buyer beware. More

Patron Hatcher is a liar! 03/2015 I purchased a 2009 BMW M3 coupe. Patron Hatcher was the salesman I worked with to buy this vehicle. Living In VA Beach I was kind of worried on buying it because it was out of state, but this is coming from a reputable dealership so I believed and trusted everything that Patron said about the vehicle. He stated there were no dents, dings or major scratches, that was a lie! Vehicle was in a minor collision, he stated that all panels and body work are aligned and colors match, that was a lie! My front bumper, fenders, and hood are all different color whites! Patron is a fraud, a con-man, a liar. He will tell you what ever you want to hear just to make the sale. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SALESMAN! More
