Looking through their inventory, I came across a car that caught my eye and I was contacted immediately in regards to my request. The sales staff held the car for me so I had plenty of time to plan a visit to their dealership. Upon arriving, I was greeted at my car and led to the vehicle I inquired about. Even though she had owned vehicles in the past, she had no credit rating because she had purchased past vehicles at buy here pay here dealerships. She had set her heart on a Jetta, taken the money from her bank, and even gone so far as to sign her name on the dotted line. She was fine with the estimated monthly payments and had budgeted for it, but when she called her insurance agent insurance on the vehicle would double her estimated payment. Her schedule with being in school full time, National Gaurd Training, and part time work did not allow any flexibility. Her salesman Robert Harris, talked a very nervous young woman down from the ledge and was able to help her change her decision and walk away with an attractive, reliable, used Honda Accord that she was able to purchase outright.
