This is the second BMW I’ve bought through Don Jacobs and both times with Gary Joyner. This one was a bit more challenging in that I was looking for a specific used M240i. When the car was found in Oregon, Gary worked diligently to make sure the deal was done and had it transported to Lexington. He guided me in what the different options were to make sure that when the car was delivered to me it had been certified, prepped and everything I expected. Gary is a professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him to other people interested in purchasing a BMW.
