Spent 2 months trying to get my tires right at a supposed "tire center". I got frustrated with them and made an appointment at Don Jacobs. Within 1 day they had my 2004 545i BMW running like new. I went to get my 2011 X3 serviced. Dan was amazing as always. I test drove the new 2014 435i and ended up trading in my X3 for a new set of wheels! This was my first visit to Don Jacobs service department and dealership in many.... years. I have been a true BMW Store customer for several years as I am on my 3rd BMW currently. Robbie was extremely pleas and dealership in many.... years. I have been a true BMW Store customer for several years as I am on my 3rd BMW currently. Robbie was extremely pleasant, caring and provided excellent customer service. He provided contact information, an estimate of the repaired vehicle and professionalism. The service was done in a timely manner with excellent communication. This was a pleasant surprise since my last visit at the dealership. Robbie was excellent to work with and would certainly return to the service department. I commend the positive changes and wonderful employee representatives. More

I had shopped around at other local dealers including Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. The customer service and treatment I received at Don Jacobs was far better than any other store. I was amazed at how ar Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus. The customer service and treatment I received at Don Jacobs was far better than any other store. I was amazed at how arrogant the other stores were. I don't typically respond to sites like this, but felt it necessary. For every 100 satisfied customers, there is always 1 that you can't make happy. And unfortunately, those are the ones that post on these sites, anonymously nonetheless. I just felt it important to let people know how great these guys were. I visited the store 3 times before buying. The first visit, Johnny took the time to show me 3 different cars, review the options, and drive all of them with me. I met the Manager, Mark Adams, who was very friendly, not pushy, and understanding that I had to go through my own process. Once I did purchase, the finance experience was excellent as well. Nate presented me options, let me know that the options were completely up to me, and explained everything very clearly. I should have gone to Don Jacobs first. 2 of my coworkers drive BMW's and had recommended this store to me. Not only is it the best vehicle on the road, but the folks at Don Jacobs were great to work with. I have recommended them several times already. More
The entire service team at Don Jacobs is impeccable! Dan Trisko goes above and beyond. His care and attention is first class with a fine tuned knowledge of the BMW vehicle, the service center capabilities a Trisko goes above and beyond. His care and attention is first class with a fine tuned knowledge of the BMW vehicle, the service center capabilities and the history, maintenance, warranties and general care and condition of my car. I can expect as little inconvenience as possible knowing that Dan will follow throughout every step of the process from the first call until I check out and escorted to my newly washed vehicle. Dan provides value to me because he sets high but realistic expectations, communicates well and always has my best interest at heart. From my experience working with many different dealers in the several different cities where I have lived over the years, I have found that the folks at Don Jacobs are the best. I have worked with both the BMW dealership as well as the Honda dealership. Everyone that I have worked with is courteous, professional, and very customer service focused. I had the good fortune to connect several years ago with Grant Rizzo in Sales when he was at the Honda dealership and found him to be an outstanding sales professional. I continue to work with him now that he is at the BMW dealership. His focus on customer service and going "above and beyond" is truly appreciated. While I have not had any significant maintenance issues with any of the BMW's or Honda's that I ahve purchased through Don Jacobs, when I have had my vehicles in for routine service I have found the service teams at both dealerships to be very professional. I am pleased to give the Don Jacobs family of dealerships my highest rating. More
