Always friendly and helpful I have used the dealership for many years. In all that time, I have always had very personal and friendly service. I get a phone call with progress on my car and when I can pick it up. On a recent visit, I had an issue with the extended warranty company. Robbie worked very hard with the warranty company and really went to bat for me. Outstanding Customer Service I have been an Old Don Jacobs customer for over 20 years, and I am long overdue in praising their service department. Both Dan Trisko, and Joe Sulliva I have been an Old Don Jacobs customer for over 20 years, and I am long overdue in praising their service department. Both Dan Trisko, and Joe Sullivan in the BMW service department always go above and beyond to make sure that my car is fixed right and on time. In my last experience there, I needed my car back for a trip very early the next morning. I was not able to pick it up from the dealership, as it was not going to be ready until later in the evening and I had a previous commitment. Dan stayed late of his own accord and delivered the car to my house and picked up the BMW loaner I was driving. That is service! I always feel very well taken care of at Old Don's service department, and frankly, Joey and Dan are a big reason why I have been such a loyal customer. I know I can trust them, and that goes a long way in any business dealing. Thank you Dan and Joe for taking care of me and my beautiful car! More
