Brought BMW320xi 2015 and got best deals in town I was planning to buy a Mercedes Benz or BMW. I visited total of 3 dealers in town i.e. Auto Plaza, James Motor Company and Don Jacobs. Out of these 3 I was planning to buy a Mercedes Benz or BMW. I visited total of 3 dealers in town i.e. Auto Plaza, James Motor Company and Don Jacobs. Out of these 3 dealers, I found Don Jacobs to be best. Gary joyner helped me with the BMW 320xi 2015 model. He is really good guys who guided me through all the details and options I had. He also suggested what will best work for me. I took suggestions from few friends who are experienced in finance and on comparison, they suggested Gary Joyner gave all good information and best deal. I will recommend Don jacobs BMW and definitely recommend Gary Joyner. Visit the place and have a positive experience yourself. More

Best service by Dr. Goetz I do not drive a BMW .. I drive a VW diesel(s) and have for 35 years. I owned a VW repair service for 20 years and finally got out and sold the buildi I do not drive a BMW .. I drive a VW diesel(s) and have for 35 years. I owned a VW repair service for 20 years and finally got out and sold the building in 2003. I buy new cars or "certified" VW's. Since closing my garage I return to the dealership for repairs and maintenance. I send my wife or daughter to the service area and the service reps call me for authorization and/or discussion about needed or preventive maintenance. At times my wife calls me and tells me what was done even if I did not authorize the repair I know it was needed otherwise it would not have been done. I trust my service reps; Merit, Brian and Eric AND the mechanic that works on my car(s); Kirby. My families relationship with the service advisers and our trusted mechanic has developed over the years. I trust these guys. The End. More
Service for a "Check engine light" issue Robbie Slusher, was very helpful. He had a loaner ready when I arrived and contacted me to update me on the progress of my vehicles repair. My car was washed when I picked it up and he followed up with me again a day later to make sure I was completely satisfied. We have bought several cars from this dealership because of the quality of people that they employ. I have dealt with everyone in their service department and I can honestly say they all appear to truly care about customer satisfaction. Everyone (except for Nate in finance who I did find to be very rude) is knowledgable, respectful, and courteous. More

The service I've received from him and the concierge was well over my expectations. My vehicle needed some service during the work week, so they were able to lend me a loaner car. When I picked my car up a few days later not only was it running smooth but the car was detailed, looking brand new. Definitely worth a repeat visit, let's just hope not in the near future. More
Cant trust a service department that lies to you. I would like to express my complete disappointment with the Lexington Ky, Don Jacobs BMW service department. It took multiple days of trying to reach I would like to express my complete disappointment with the Lexington Ky, Don Jacobs BMW service department. It took multiple days of trying to reach the service department to make an appointment for my BMW. I tried 2 times using my cars service connect and also placed multiple phone calls. Each time the operator would tell me there is no Service department member available. So I left messages and voicemails to have my call returned with no luck. After 4 days of not having a call returned which included a message that was supposed to be delivered to the service manager, I was able to finally reach someone to make my appointment. I was told that my appointment would take several days due to the nature of the recalls that needed to be fixed as well as some other minor issues. Due to the length of the service I was told I would be getting a loaner vehicle. I told the service department rep that I needed to bring my vehicle in a couple days early to drop it off since I would be unable to drop it off on the day of the appointment. They told me that was fine and that they would have a loaner ready. So I get there and drop my car off fully expecting a loaner vehicle only to be told I couldn't have one. The reason is that I was dropping my vehicle off early and they couldn't give me a car until the day of my appointment. This severely left me in a bind. This was in no way indicated on the phone when I made my appointment as I was told a loaner would be available. I had no ride home and now had to make other plans to get to work for the week. When I asked for a ride home since I was lied to about the loaner vehicle the service representative told me "Well, we can give you your keys back and you can take your car." I found this response to be very rude and highly unprofessional. Due to the unprofessionalism and being lied to, I can pretty much guarantee that my next BMW will not be coming from Don Jacobs. While I cant place any blame on the sales department, the rude way I was dismissed by the service department has left me feeling that my business and referrals are better suited for another BMW Dealer. More
RUDEST SERVICE CENTER I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH I must say I have never dealt with a worse service dept. in my life! He was sure to give me his bosses name though with no hesitation. Which was Joe Sullivan!! He was also rude and told me keep in mind that you did by a used BMW.. "A 2009 BMW X5 with 60,000 miles on it. Really!! So unless you by brand new and let them take advantage of you don't buy BMW! I will never ever by another BMW and I will never recommend DON JACOBS BMW to anyone. This dealership SUCKS!! More
