The worst car buying experience in history!!! So after driving nearly an hour to test drive the vehicle I found online that I was interested in buying, it had a mechanical issue with the steering So after driving nearly an hour to test drive the vehicle I found online that I was interested in buying, it had a mechanical issue with the steering and I was told I couldn't buy it. I was disappointed, but felt better when I was reassured that nobody else would be able to buy the vehicle and that the dealership would come up with a solution to fix the issue the following day so I would then be able to take the vehicle home. The salesman called me the next day to tell me I could go ahead and buy the vehicle and that they would provide me with a written guarantee that they would fix the defect at a later date. I was satisfied with this solution and told them to go ahead and start the financing process. 8 hours later I was informed that after I went through all the hassle of getting financed, they sold the vehicle out from under me to someone else!!! Poor business and poor ethics. Worst sales experience of my life. More

Amazingly Bad! Two weeks for an appointment only not to even be looked at day. Surprised not done but ensured that it would be done first thing in the morning, shocker the tech didn't show up that morning until late. Outright Lie We made a 2 hour trip to look at used cars from this dealership. We worked with a great salesman named Dennis. We were prepared to pay down 1/2 of the purchase price, a substantial amount, and wanted to finance the rest at a specific payment plan. Dennis went to his boss, Patrick, and another person, and was advised that it would be no problem to make the deal according to our wishes as he could take some off the purchase price. We went to another dealership and tried a similar car but decided because of the promises made by Patrick at Don Jackson that we would go with their car. We went back and were introduced to Dustin in finance. He advised that we would not be able to do the deal as he had taken out all he could on his part. But the purchase price had not changed. We told him what had been said, he called in Patrick and Patrick was very abrupt and stated he couldn't budge on the purchase price. We could not believe it! We wasted our time and Dennis and Dustin's time based on a promise that Patrick evidently had no intention of keeping. He had evidently lied intentionally assuming we'd want the car and go ahead anyway. Dennis apologized to us and assured us he had been given the okay that the purchase price could be adjusted. We left without the car and with a very bad taste in our mouth for this dealership. And they wonder why Used Car salesmen have such a bad name.... More

The after sale service is non existent. On June 26, 2015 my wife and I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz from Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge and they were to replace the right front daytime running On June 26, 2015 my wife and I purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz from Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge and they were to replace the right front daytime running light and fix a couple chips in the paint. I have made repeated calls to our salesmen and called the sales manager a couple of times and the customer service department all saying “It will be taken care of”. The salesmen said bring the car in and we will order the part and to that I said you can order the part without the vehicle being there. I just simply asked that they order the part and let me know when the part was in and I would set up a time with the service department to have everything done at once. Also the B1 service was at the time of purchase 125 days overdue and they would take care of that for $300.00. It is now August 20, 2015 and no phone calls, emails or even a text message. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced in all my years of purchasing vehicles. More

As advertised The folks that I dealt with were knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of their duties well. The best thing, since I was a "long distance customer" was that everything, once I got to the dealership was just as we discussed on the phone. No surprises. The salesperson sent me pictures, finance got me a good rate, etc. I haven't had an opportunity to use their service department, but so far I am happy. More
