Very Bad Service Department PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I took my '07 Dodge truck in for the Takata airbag recall and for a chime going off every time I turne PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I took my '07 Dodge truck in for the Takata airbag recall and for a chime going off every time I turned on a blinker or pressed the brake pedal. They had my truck for 1 month and gave it back to me in the exact condition as I had dropped it off in. Here are the key points from my experience. The Chime: 1) 4 days after dropping it off they called and said I needed 2 new batteries, a new negative cable for one of the batteries, and a new PCM (later they changed it to the PCM needing to be reflashed, not replaced). The batteries are 5 month old Interstate batteries that I knew would be under warranty, so I told them to not replace the batteries, but go ahead and replace the negative battery cable and the PCM if that would fix the chiming. 2) Over the next week I called them 4 times and left 3 messages, no response. At the end of the that week they called and said that they could not do any work on the truck until I replaced the batteries. WHY HAD THEY NOT TOLD ME THIS A WEEK EARLIER??? 3)The next day I picked up the batteries and took them to the Interstate Battery store to get them replaced under warranty. I requested that the dealership print out the readings from their battery tester so that I would have proof of the faulty batteries. The dealership printed one of the readings twice so that both batteries appeared bad (the numbers on each printout were identical), they also used wrong CCA when testing (730CCA instead of the 675CCA stated on the battery). They were either purposely lying to me so that I would buy two new batteries from them, or their technician does not know how to use their equipment (A VERY SIMPLE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT). The Interstate battery dealer confirmed that one of the batteries was in very good shape, and that the second was a little low for its age, so they replaced it free of charge, and charged my good batter overnight to make sure it was 100% as well. 4) Upon returning the 2 good batteries to the dealership, I noticed that they had put grease stains on my driver's seat. I keep my truck in very good shape, so I was furious about this. 5) With the batteries delivered, I asked them again to fix the chime. Another week of calling and leaving messages goes by before I get someone on the phone. The service person knows nothing about my truck, can't locate it on the lot, and says she'll call me back. Then ANOTHER WEEK goes by before I finally get a hold of someone, at which point they tell me they'll call me back in a little while. A while later they call me back and tell me my truck is ready to be picked up. 6) I go to pick up my truck, and the second I step on the brake...Chime!!! Absolutely nothing has changed. I popped the hood and there is still the same old negative battery cable that they said needed replacing. The grease stains they put in my drivers seat were gone though, so kudos on that. The Airbag: 7) I assume they changed the driver side airbag as they stated, but based on points 1-6 above, I will need another dealership to verify this for my piece of mind. Sorry for the long explanation but it is very important to me that others not experience the same poor customer service and low moral character that I encountered with this dealership. More

Terrible customer service I purchased a car there and and after fews days of ownership the. Low pressure tire came on. The automatic doors on the 2014 Compass have fsiled on threes occasions. Each time i had to leave my vehicle n the shop for at least a week or two. Now the fourth time. Thry want me to pay $110.00 for a diagnostic check. Hello! This is an ongoing problem. I contacted chrysler and they gave me an appt two months later. Bad sevice Don Jackdon dervice dept and Chrysler cuztmer care is not customeer friendly....... More

Purchased a vehicle that wasn't repaired correctly Purchased a vehicle from this dealership from Don Jackson. The car was hit between the time the paperwork was signed and the time the key was obtained Purchased a vehicle from this dealership from Don Jackson. The car was hit between the time the paperwork was signed and the time the key was obtained. Salesman was unapologetic. Went back to the dealership several times to get the trunk repaired, but the manager, Albert Ford, kept giving a variety of excuses as to why it couldn't get done. When I drive 60+ mph, I hear a noise. I found out that the car was in an accident and repairs were (incorrectly) done under the table- even though the Carfax report was clean. Went back to Don Jackson and received another excuse as to why the car wasn't fixed. Giving a one star rating is extremely generous. More
Worst experience I have had with a dealership My son purchased first car on his own. I live out of state. He was given ONE key and told additional one would be mailed. 3 months later, NO key. I contacted the salesman Michael and he told me another story. He said IF they get one, it will be mailed. Who sells a car with only one key. My son went on Michael's word and trusted him. I called and left a message for Used Car Manager Albert. 3 days later I have still not heard from him. I emailed the General Manager and of course I haven't heard anything from him. Not even an email. 2015 Laredo with 30,000 miles now has paint coming off. Can't get anyone to return a call. My son has just graduated from college, needed an SUV for his job and wanted to make this purchase. Since no one at the dealership will return a call and two stories were told about the additional key and a car that now has paint chipping off, I can only assume that he was taken advantage of. So the expenses keep climbing. I DON'T recommend this dealership for any purchase. You are dropped immediately after purchase. More

The worst car buying experience in history!!! I was disappointed, but felt better when I was reassured that nobody else would be able to buy the vehicle and that the dealership would come up with a solution to fix the issue the following day so I would then be able to take the vehicle home. The salesman called me the next day to tell me I could go ahead and buy the vehicle and that they would provide me with a written guarantee that they would fix the defect at a later date. I was satisfied with this solution and told them to go ahead and start the financing process. 8 hours later I was informed that after I went through all the hassle of getting financed, they sold the vehicle out from under me to someone else!!! Poor business and poor ethics. Worst sales experience of my life. More
