He answers it and starts having a conversation on speaker phone with a man about a jeep renegade. Absolutely no consideration that I was sitting right in front of him . After about 5 minutes I got up and walked out as his conversation was not ending. I heard his cell phone hit his desk as I walked out as if he was frustrated with me! Perhaps had I been a man I would have gotten his full attention. The sales guy said he would call back and didn’t . I called and left a message with no response. I called the next day and the salesman did answer the phone, when I told him my name I was hung up on. I called back and was told he was with a customer. I left a message and still no response of any kind. This salesman has “Jackson” in his name so I would have expected him to represent his family business better with common courtesy. Absolutely horrible experience and do not recommend! Customer service is non existent. More

I can't seem to get the service department or the service manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I understand supply chain issues, but I don't understand why that is an ex manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I understand supply chain issues, but I don't understand why that is an excuse to not respond to customers. I just spent 30 minutes listening to a phone ring. I've left voicemail for both Stephanie and Doug, but have yet to hear back. My next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Chrysler Corporation. I'm certain the latter will result in being told that each dealership is independent and there is nothing they can do. Customer service and customer care appear to be nonexistent with this dealership. Caveat Emptor! More
