I can't seem to get the service department or the service manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I understand supply chain issues, but I don't understand why that is an ex manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I've left voicemail for both Stephanie and Doug, but have yet to hear back. My next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Chrysler Corporation. I'm certain the latter will result in being told that each dealership is independent and there is nothing they can do. Customer service and customer care appear to be nonexistent with this dealership. Caveat Emptor! More
