They talked us into a lease and after a few months realized it was not for us. They told us if we weren’t happy with the lease to come back, they would give us what we paid for the car. Not only did they NOT do that but offered us way less and when we found the paperwork to confirm they stopped answering our phone calls and text. I call to speak with the sales manager Shaun and he didn’t answer and will not return mine calls. This place will lie to your face and not think twice about it. More
I have never experienced that level of disrespect for my time. We went to Don Jackson CDJR last night to look at a used SUV. It was not on the lot because someone in the service department drove it home to confirm the emissions check. So, we went back this morning for an 11 am appointment (set and confirmed by the salesperson). Once we arrived, we waited 30 minutes for the car to show up. It never did, so, we left for a couple hours, came back and test drove the car. We liked it and wanted to work a deal. We waited for over an hour for the salesperson to print and bring the initial offer/out the door price. We discussed and countered. Then waited another 90 minutes just to have the salesperson come back and say that management wasn't 'going to budge on the price. There was zero discussion, nothing about "thank you for waiting", and never any updates while we were waiting. We also offered to check out a finance rate through their lenders in order to find a deal on the vehicle. Again, never a discussion, and we were never approached by a sales manager or finance person. We were there for FOUR hours just to be disregarded and snubbed. We then left, went to a different dealer, got a great deal and we were out of there within an hour. It's amazing how rude people can be when they EXPECT you to drop $40k with no negotiation. Don't even bother if you care about your time and/or money and do your research. More

Then to prep the truck further with PPF/ Ceramic coating, Bed spray and Tonneau cover, Ben Daniel handled process flawlessly. Yes over the years Car / Truck Salesman and Parts/ Service staff have acquired poor ratings. Ben and Eric are an asset to the industry and to the dealership. Thanks guys. More

Do not sell your car to this dealership. You will be sorry!!!! I was told I would receive my money in 5 days by Luke. Called after 7 days. Luke tells me he said 10 days. Call again and he left the dealership to return to college. I was told to call Hanson and he tells me they shouldn’t have told me that. Well they did and they should honor that. They should of been honest from the beginning. I sold my car to them on August 15th and it’s now September 2nd. No money. The worse part is, they didn’t even pay off my car until August 19th which delayed the process. Called Hanson again today and he gets rude and says “he has no control over the state of Georgia DMV. We’ll get you your money.” This dealership makes a fortune. I am not rich and need that money to buy another car. They don’t care. I’m so upset and there’s nothing I can do about it. Do you think they care if I have no car? No. Management throws a dealer plate on any car they want and drives off the lot. Again, DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP unless you want nothing but stress. More
DECEPTIVE DEALER TACTICS- purchased a used jeep gladiator from them remotely. Since it was being purchased remotely, i specifically asked Phillip Malone ( internet/bdc manager) if there was any kind/type of from them remotely. He emailed back that there were none and vehicle was in showroom new condition. After purchase, the vehicle was delivered and heres a list of the damages on the "showroom new" vehicle they sold me: The entire undercarriage of the vehicle is covered in mud/rust/scratches and looks like its 40 years old. -The premium soft top for the vehicle is missing/was not in the vehicle upon delivery - at least 20 rock chips on front of the vehicle ( hood/grill) - paint overspray ( black) on entire cowl near the hood, seems to be a defect from the factory - black paint/mark on drivers headlight that will not come off - large scratch approx 3 inches on driver front fender - large scratch on driver door sill - passenger driver seat looks to have a tear in the leather that had been repaired - mud inside of air intake and air box - mud on top of engine and underneath engine cover - mud covering the alternator and other electrical components in the engine bay - mud covering the entire underside of the vehicle from the bottom of the rims up to the hood liner. In some areas there is mud up to 3-4 inches thick - scapes/dents on skid plates, frame, tow hitch, and undercarriage -multiple areas of rust on the undercarriage, especially where it had been scraped/damaged -vehicle is low on power steering fluid, coolant, and has 1/16th tank of fuel. Obviously this vehicle is nowhere near showroom condition and the dealer was blatantly deceptive about disclosing any issues, even after being specifically asked. i spoke to the gm on 2/1 who requested pictures of the damages. I emailed immediately after. Sent 2nd and 3rd follow up emails, called multiple times. left several messages and have not heard anything regarding a resolution for over 10 days. I also contacted jeep corporate and filed a case. Jeep corporate has also tried to contact the gm ( Danny Jackson) multiple times and he has not responded to them either. More
I will never do business with this dealership. They quoted me a price for a door handle two days in a row. I took off went over to the dealership only to find that they quoted me the wrong part and the cost was 3 times the quote. I ask to speak with the parts manager. The gentleman who quoted me the wrong price and part said he made a mistake. I explained that it was not a good thing that my time was wasted and the manager felt like I should have know about the part. I explained you are the subject expert and to just shove it off as a minor mistake was very disheartening. Again how service people treat women is so unfair. My time meant nothing to him nor the fact that I was quoted the same price twice in two days. The parts manager says to me Good day and Merry Christmas from behind a wall. I will not every get another oil change or service at this dealership. Please women be aware of the disrespect and the misinformation. I can not give this dealership/parts depart no stars. Worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Used Jeep I purchased was not inspected for mechanical issues and needed major repairs immediately the first mouth of ownership. General manager did a lot of talking but did not follow threw on anything he told me he would do. Also have an ongoing problem getting the tag for the vehicle. General manager will not call me back and lady that is in charge of tag processing is rude and unhelpful. Please please please think twice before purchasing a vehicle from Don Jackson North. This has been a complete nightmare!!!!!!! More
