This dealership forces packages on you (820. 00) of useless junk that is already covered by insurance. I recently bought a Wagoneer simply because they had the right color for both the interior and exterior and the trim level I was looking for. I asked the Salesman if I can remove the unnecessary dealer package and he said I am forced to take the package which I think is absurd being that it is my vehicle and not theirs. I should determine what I need for my vehicle and not them. Also, they never gave me any of the paperwork like the bill of sale or any other financial information. I didn't finance it so I am just wondering. They just gave me the paperwork for the temporary tag. I now have to have them send me the paperwork. If you are purchasing from this dealer be cognizant of the tactics they will use to charge you extra for things that you don't need. Plan ahead and find the vehicle you want. Don't rush to purchase anything from them. It is shame what dealers go through to make extra money by shaking people down for things they don't want. More
I traded my 2018 Infiniti Q60S 400 redsport with 58k miles for a 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited with 85k miles. Carmax offered me $28000 just 3 weeks ago. The day after I pulled off the lot the AC stopped miles for a 2017 jeep wrangler unlimited with 85k miles. Carmax offered me $28000 just 3 weeks ago. The day after I pulled off the lot the AC stopped working and the day after that check engine light came on after putting right at 100 miles on it indicating that someone likely just cleared the code to get rid of the light without fixing the issue. Fast forward to now, 3 weeks later and I can’t even trade it for a 2 door jeep that’s a year older with a manual transmission that this place is asking 21k for . There was enough meat on the bone for the dealer to make money without screwing me. It leaves a sick feeling. On top of that I was made to pay $6 for them to do the deal. I feel like I lost my but on this deal. The entire experience was less than satisfactory. Sad to say I regret doing business here. The dealer with the jeep I want, wants 2k to boot to make the trade. Heart broken! More
They delivered a car that the door locks weren’t working on. FALSE ADVERTISERS! !!!!! A car we were interested in was listed at $11,495. My husband and I made a 2 hour drive to the dealership only to be told that the car had tran !!!!! A car we were interested in was listed at $11,495. My husband and I made a 2 hour drive to the dealership only to be told that the car had transmission issues and could not be sold...then in our continued search saw the SAME CAR listed the next day for $14000! I will NEVER recommend thid dealership & I will tell EVERYONE of my experience. More
Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. First sales person absolutely didn't know what he was talking about, when I tried to correct him he just blew me off. Very rude.
