Felix was a pleasure to deal with and seemed to be very upfront and open in all our communications. Other than the back and forth via text and e-mail, I believe I was in an out of the dealership in not much more than an hour. I wish all my business transactions would be as satisfying. And best of all, my wife likes the vehicle (I bought her a GLE 350 two weeks ago)!! And for your information, I debated back and forth between the BMW X5 and the Summit and feel I have made the right decision. I have owned three X5's. See y'all next time..... More

Best Pricing hands down! No games! I am the worst customer to deal with.... I got a price from Albert Ford and wanted all the figures and fees in advance (which he did). Over the next few days I put dealers all over the state that claim to “beat any price” against Albert’s Don Jackson Jeep price. No one could touch it! We did most of the paperwork before I arrived.... Albert (and the whole dealership) was very busy today, but got me in and out in a timely manner. There were no surprises..... only what we had discussed. -An add on that I asked for while on the way to the dealership (A trailer hitch receiver) wasn’t in stock and they’d have it the next day. Albert put us in a demo and will bring our brand new Grand Cherokee to us tomorrow (and we don’t live near the Atlanta area). Get started with Albert Ford before you go (if you know what you want).
