I should’ve listened to my gut and went to Toyota I had to put $1000 down on a 2012 Acura tl, in a few weeks the alternator went out, i noticed how bad the tires were after the tire shine rubbed off. Half of the tire sensors are bad, I noticed the car had a broken radiator fan on the passenger side with a DEAD CHIPMUNK MANGLED IN IT. I can’t even drive this car and I’ve only had it A MONTH!! this is by far thee worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I contacted my dealer with these concerns, and he didn’t even respond but they are so hungry for good reviews and recommendations. I am livid and I feel like I’ve been scammed.. the car note is due in a week and I can’t even get to work right now. The car could’ve cut off on me while I was on the highway over an hr away from home. For the battery to be at a 12.78 the engine must’ve been running off the battery for over a week. That is a safety issue, these crooks clearly don’t care that the used cars they sell might endanger someone’s life. Do not do business with them period!!!! I put $1000 down and I’m looking at over 2k in maintenance just on the things I’ve picked up on without a diagnostic test and I have a freaking car note and insurance to worry about!! $3500 in debt after dealing with this dealership.. this is madness. They were friendly but that’s why I feel like I was scammed into getting this car off their lot. More
