Terrible customer service no follow up I tried to buy a vehicle from Nina the sales consultant at this dealership. Multiple times she told me she would call me back in a couple of minutes s I tried to buy a vehicle from Nina the sales consultant at this dealership. Multiple times she told me she would call me back in a couple of minutes she had to check with her manager to get questions answered she would never call back the same day. I would have to call her back to initiate any conversation. They had a truck listed on car gurus for $22,000. On their website it was showing at $25,000. She had to check with the manager to see if they could sell it at the price they had it advertise for. By the time she called me back two days later the truck had already sold but she told me there was another one I denticle different color that they would sell me for $22,000. I told her I was interested and ask a couple questionsIt took her another day to get back to me. When she did call back she told me they would sell me that truck for $1000 more than the first truck that I wanted. $26,000. What happened to the truck they had advertised for $22,000. This place is a rip off their sale consultant do not follow up and do not deliver any sort of customer service More
