Considerable incompetence in their Service Department The power steering on my 2017 Ram went out on 6/23/2020 so I had it towed over to Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Union City GA to access the probl The power steering on my 2017 Ram went out on 6/23/2020 so I had it towed over to Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Union City GA to access the problem and have it repaired. After accessing the problem the service tech advised that it would be 10 to 13 days for the repairs to be completed. Two weeks passed and I would call the service dept, the phone would just ring and ring. Then when someone would answer they would either hang up on me or send me to some random voicemail box. The only way I could communicate with the service dept was to actually go up there. So after one month I finally get my truck back and they give it back to me with the inside covered in ants. Next I notice that the truck seems to drive a little different. After going to another dealership right at a week after getting my Ram back because I refuse to let the incompetent representatives at Don Jackson go anywhere near my truck moving forward. I find out my brand new tires are cupping because the front end is so far out of line, and the power steering unit wasn't installed properly. I wouldn't advise letting anyone in the Don Jackson service dept in Union City, GA work on your child's tricycle!! I've never experienced such poor customer service, horrible technicians, and just plain lack of concern for the customer at any of the many dealerships I've used in the past 20 years. Today is 8/14/20 and I am still trying to get my vehicle back into the driving shape it was in before I left Don Jackson work on it!!!! I wouldn't recommend using this service dept under ANY circumstances!!!!!!!!!! More
