My vehicle was having battery drain , I dropped it off before Thanksgiving, service dept told me it need computer programmed and battery , I paid them for both items $400.00 dollars and it didn’t fix my p before Thanksgiving, service dept told me it need computer programmed and battery , I paid them for both items $400.00 dollars and it didn’t fix my problem, Don Hinds service dept kept it for 8 weeks and and then called me told me to pick my car up and they couldn’t fix it , I asked why it is a Ford Focus and was told they couldn’t fix it and come pick it up , when I went to pick my vehicle up , I was just handed the key , I asked where my car was at and was told the number on the key was where it was parked THATS HOW DON HINDS FORD TREATED ME ! More
