I've been a long time Ford owner and Don Hinds customer and this was one of my more disappointing experiences. A part on my C-Max that shouldn't have broken did, so I was stuck with what turned out to be and this was one of my more disappointing experiences. The good: +Paint job on the repair part was outstanding at a fair price. +Service squeezed me in amongst the Spring Break repair crush The not so good: +Paint job on such a small part took longer than I expected, but I don't know all that goes into this work. +Parts department ordered the repair part, but failed to notice that the Ford logo was not included. Add a couple days delay and $35 dollars to the total bill. +Parts department wouldn't release the Ford logo to Service until it was paid for. Add another day delay. And really, over a $35 part for a customer who's spent thousands at the dealership? +When we went to pick up the car (after hours) the lights had been left on, draining the battery. Okay for a mistake to be made, but service seemed to have no consideration for our inconvenience and the wasted 45 minutes of another trip. How much consideration should have been extended? I don't know, but more than nothing. More
