They both displayed much patience with me throughout months of working together in my purchase of a terrific 2024 Maverick XLT (non-hybred). I can't give 5 stars on one. The deal was smooth, in and out within like an hour or an hour and a half truck was (almost) perfect. Kyle was great and personable. Here is the bad part. what i didn't notice was there was a chip at the top of the driver door glass that can't be seen when the window is fully up or fully down. First time I put the window down I noticed it and immediately called the dealership. Took it in the next day and they won't do anything about it. Every part of the car buying process was great with Don Hinds. I was from out of state and my salesperson Jeff helped me get everything taken care of before I even made it up to pick up the truck. Purchased a truck from Kyle at Don Hind Ford online (Ebay), was to pick the truck up on Saturday. Then I was told truck was no longer available. I wasted hours of my time. And I believe they found so (Ebay), was to pick the truck up on Saturday. Then I was told truck was no longer available. I wasted hours of my time. And I believe they found someone else to pay them more money. I sent emails to both the Owners of the dealership asking for help on this issue, got absolutely NO response from either of the Owners. I wouldnt trust this dealer. Also the fact that I got no response for the Owners is really disturbing. More
