They didn’t have to do much to sell me on the Ford I purchased. I did appreciate how hands off they were in my decision making process. What I did not appreciate was the language used. People were nice, transaction was smooth but a little disappointed to learn the passenger front seat was broken (handle to adjust the lumbar section does not work so seat is locked in one position) & the disappointed to learn the passenger front seat was broken (handle to adjust the lumbar section does not work so seat is locked in one position) & there was a tray under the car that partially came off and was dragging requiring a visit to our local garage for repair). Don Hinds' Customer Service is excellent, and they made purchasing a used vehicle painless--from the great price offered, great financing o customer! I am a true skeptic on used cars-this is the first time I've ever purchased a used car-and first time I've ever purchased a Ford- but the transparency of the vehicle's condition and safety ratings in addition to all the warranties provided through Ford as well as Don Hinds... not to mention the thorough inspection that is done by their service department before a car is actually put out for sale really sold me. I had been to many other dealers and used car lots, and none of them offered anything comparable! More

Do not buy from this dealership if you live out of state! Shawn Rhea was our salesman which knew nothing about the sales tax. Had he know that we had to pay a sales tax in Indiana and again in Arkansas. He definitely did not have our interest at hand. We now have paid 7,000 in taxes. Had we known this we would not have made the deal. Honestly do not purchase a vehicle in Indiana. They are not a reciprocal state therefore you will be pay taxes in the state you reside as well as Indiana. I’ve learned an expensive lesson and realize Don Hinds Ford is all about the sales. Even after calling them about this they still didn’t know the tax rules. More

I found my interactions with salesman Duane Adams was equally resourceful and pleasant. They both displayed much patience with me throughout months of working together in my purchase of a terrific 2024 Maverick XLT (non-hybred). With my approval, they arranged to have several additional items installed/performed once the vehicle arrived at Hines. Their attention to detail was tops. Overall, my experience with the dealership was 5 stars+. More
