Although the basic maintenance was completed, the maintenance tech missed several items such a Don Hinds completed a 100,000 mile service for my car. Although the basic maintenance was completed, the maintenance tech missed several items such as both a front and back light not working. I am not confident that it did a full or meaningful inspection. The dealer did not honor our appointment and took 12 hours to complete the service. It also returned the vehicle dirty. For $900, I expected a better outcome. More
