Going the Extra Mile Ford Edge is my car. My last three have been Ford Edges so I was looking for a new (2019) Ford Edge. Checked with some local dealerships and found tha Ford Edge is my car. I had used them for service in the past and they gave excellent service. Turns out the Titanium that I wanted was not quite what I wanted so they searched until they found an SEL that fit the bill. They brought the car to Indianapolis and the deal was done. The online sales agent, Sarah Bolen, went beyond my expectations. She is the best! I definitely will be referring people to Don Hinds Ford. This was the best car buying experience ever! More

Service Dept redeemed themselves Brought my vehicle in for a warning issue with my gear shift. At the same time I requested the Sync be updated and the oil changed and fluids checked, etc. Paid a bit more than I was anticipating but felt good that I got everything done. Scott was professional and pleasant to deal with in the Service Department. I was a block away (I'm new to the area) and I went to use the Sync navigation and discovered no navigation available. I called but the service team was gone for the day so I had to go back the following day to get that addressed (more time off work). I had taken my car to the Service Department's recommendation of Fishers Collision because I had damage due to someone hitting my car while I was shopping. While emptying my car for the body shop I realized my center console was off kilter. I called the Don Hind's Ford Service Department and left a message for Scott. He called back immediately and I was very frank that I always take my car to Ford for repairs and maintenance and that I was really disappointed that simple things which wouldn't have taken much to ensure were put back in place were neglected. I told him that I felt if they couldn't take care of the little things I wouldn't be returning as I couldn't trust them to take care of more serious auto issues. Scott apologized and walked over to Fishers Collision and fixed the problem immediately. He assured me that this is not what I should expect from their service department. His immediate response and quick actions have made me confident that I will definitely be giving them another chance. The last two dealerships I dealt with in Minnesota and Illinois were pretty amazing so I was surprised that things weren't as "careful" here but I'm hoping this is a fluke. This is why they're getting a 5 star rating. The two minor things were addressed as quickly as possible and the other more critical service was addressed as expected. Scott went the extra mile to ensure the issues were resolved. More

When I challenged why a brand new car would only get 40,000 on new tires, I was told sometimes Ford puts “less expensive” tires on their new cars to keep the cost down. On a Titanium? That listed over $40,000? That’s certainly not the quality one would expect on the Titanium. I’ve bought Ford vehicles for over 40 years and this is my last if this is now Ford’s standard for quality. More
