Very positive attitude, knowledgeable and honest! Thanks Sarah! The above was the rating on my experience with this particular sales representative! The below is my rating for the service and body shop! Very different experience! Don Hinds had my 2018 F150, that I bought from them and had a great experience, from 16Dec2019 through 31Dec2019 to replace a part in my tailgate and recall on the doors. They informed me that I had a problem with my backup camera and Sirius. Please note I was not experiencing any problem! They returned my truck with black silicone oozing from all four door handles and they must have struggled with the driver door handle because they chipped the paint all they way to the metal. They took it back to clean up their mess! Days latter I got it back with overspray on the drivers door window so bad I couldn’t see out. I had to use a razor blade to clean the window. A day later I opened my tailgate and found the service panel sliding all over the bed. They did not reinstall it. The eight screws were missing! I called to inform them and told them to just give me the screws and I would install myself! The service department is poor at best when it comes to treating a customers property like their own. They can’t diagnose a problem! There is absolutely NO quality control! I own three Fords and I’ll be looking for another service department! More

She explained things very well and made my buying experience very enjoyable..... I felt like she had my best interest at hand when helping me negotiate a price. I called to set up a time to get my airbags replaced. Long story short: I told the tech that I was “particular” with my special edition Mustang and wanted to know what pry tools would be used on the pan Long story short: I told the tech that I was “particular” with my special edition Mustang and wanted to know what pry tools would be used on the panels. He said: “and the particular ones will always complain.” He then told me that he couldn’t guarantee that my car would look like it did when it came.” Enough with Don Hines! My wife went in to talk about faulty weather stripping on her 50k Edge and the tech accused her of allowing our kids to kick it off. Off the top of my head: we bought a Fusion from Don Hinds and the salesman went through our center console. The best one ever is when the Mustangs hood paint started peeling. Don Hinds laughed me out of there until I had to get my friends from Ford Corporate involved. I can’t even tell you how much I cringe at the thought of buying, taking my car in, or even passing by Don Hinds after these events. I don’t mind driving all the way out to Greenwood to see Ray Skillman and gladly hand him my money. No thanks Don Hinds. You had your chance. More
