Normally I have great service at this dealership and overall it was at this time. I had a towing company come to my house and put a spare on my car because I had a flat tire. When I called for an appo overall it was at this time. I had a towing company come to my house and put a spare on my car because I had a flat tire. When I called for an appointment of course I didn’t know if the tire was OK or needed to be replaced. When I made the appointment with Jim Zell he made sure he had a replacement for my tire in case it couldn’t be patched. Things went great it only needed to patch, but when I got home the technician failed to put my spare tire back in its compartment. The spare tire was heavy and I could not get it into its place. I did talk with Marq the service manager and he was of course sorry that that happened. More

came in to DHF service to get new tires put on my 2015 Ford F350 Super Duty truck. Before I came in I talked to a salesman on the phone and told him I would be there waiting on my new tires to be install Ford F350 Super Duty truck. Before I came in I talked to a salesman on the phone and told him I would be there waiting on my new tires to be installed and that I was interested in trading for a new F450. I asked if he could look at my trade and price a new truck. The salesman said he had a dentist appointment and would be a bit late to arrive but when he got there he would catch up with me. I arrived at 8:00am and left there at 11:45. I never saw the salesman and have never heard anything from the salesman. I have gone somewhere else to price a new truck...Very disappointing as I purchased my 2015 truck new from DHF More
