Bought my F150 from them as well as the service packages. At 99,000 miles I was finally ready for my first set of brakes which I paid to be covered by the packages. Get told that’s expired!!! Normally I have great service at this dealership and overall it was at this time. I had a towing company come to my house and put a spare on my car because I had a flat tire. When I called for an appo overall it was at this time. I had a towing company come to my house and put a spare on my car because I had a flat tire. When I called for an appointment of course I didn’t know if the tire was OK or needed to be replaced. When I made the appointment with Jim Zell he made sure he had a replacement for my tire in case it couldn’t be patched. Things went great it only needed to patch, but when I got home the technician failed to put my spare tire back in its compartment. The spare tire was heavy and I could not get it into its place. I did talk with Marq the service manager and he was of course sorry that that happened. More
