Follow-up from email request was very quick. Representative was very professional and we set up appointment. My schedule opened up and I called to move the inspection of the vehicle up to that Representative was very professional and we set up appointment. I was met at the dealership by another rep and the receptionist and was offered a seat while they paged Scott ( sales representative ) to the lobby. Scott met me in a timely manner, we discussed the vehicle. We went outside and test drove the vehicle. I inquired about a trade in and he said they would look at it and run the numbers. When Scott returned with the trade in allowance, I felt it was low and made a counter offer, which was met with another offer from the dealership. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle and had an issue when I got home, returned to dealer and vehicle was made right!! More
