Failure to communicate with each other, with their customers. Went in for a simple oil change, asked about recalls (that i called about but no one on the phone could answer my questions, no big deal), customers. Went in for a simple oil change, asked about recalls (that i called about but no one on the phone could answer my questions, no big deal), simply wanted to CHECK on the recalls, i had another appointment 3 hours after my scheduled oil change, after i had been there for 2 hours and 20 minutes (i was trying to be patient), i checked on my car to find out that the recalls were being performed without my knowing. No mention that i would be waiting for 3 hours, and when it was brought to my service advisor teagan, she simply shrugged it off, zero care and concern. Had she communicated properly to me, i would have been able to decide to move my appointment or go ahead and get my recalls done. I told her i needed to leave, she said well you can’t drive your car with the rear end off, i asked how long it would take, she said i don’t know they are trying to hurry. I’ve never been disrespected and treated like this. She should be FIRED. I will NOT come back to the dealership for sales, service or anything else. She is a terrible example for customer service and needs to be addressed. I would definitely not want someone like that on my team trying to help my customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone i know to do so as well. Absolutely terrible. More

Service has always been great, previously with Chuck with a company vehicle and now with Steve with my personal vehicle. Both have been prompt and courteous. I had a completely different experience with the used car department. Several months ago they said they were offering $1,000 over book for used vehicles. I wanted to find out what a low mileage 2004 Taurus SES in excellence condition was worth. They made an absolutely insulting "offer" of $600 plus $1,000. I asked for my keys and promptly left. I don't know if I will purchase used, or maybe even new, from them as a result. More
