Dustin did an outstanding job When I came to pick it up all of the work preformed was extended warranty One small problem was when I left the lot and on my way home the driver side rear wheel fell off A all of the work preformed was extended warranty One small problem was when I left the lot and on my way home the driver side rear wheel fell off Apparently some one forgot to put the locking lug and remaining lug nuts back on the wheel I was able to drive it slowly off the main road to a parking lot and Dustin had it towed Back to the service bay Was chaotic to say the least driving on only the brake drum After all of the repairs I was notified it was completed and Dustin had it delivered to my home it seems to be working fine at this time but I have not had a chance to to drive it on the highway at highway speeds Dustin has been very responsive and wants to make sure everything is functional More
Well, it was hit and miss for a while. Was having issues with the fan speed selector for air conditioner and heater. Not all settings were working, brought our 2013 Ford Fiesta in to have Was having issues with the fan speed selector for air conditioner and heater. Not all settings were working, brought our 2013 Ford Fiesta in to have it looked at. Was told the motor fan resistor was bad. Had it replaced, within 4 weeks settings 1-3 were no longer working. Returned to Don Hines Ford to have it checked out, was again told the resistor went bad again, and that the blower motor was now in need of replacement. During the drive home, the fan stopped working again. Immediately returned to Don Hines, and was told once more the resistor was bad again. Was replaced again. Within days, the fan stopped working once more. Returned the Fiesta to Don Hines once again. They kept the car for a few days to get to the bottom of the problem. As of now, we’ve had the car back for about three weeks, and everything seems to be working properly. I must commend Scott Krose, our service advisor, for be patient with us and his excellent customer service. He showed he really cared, and was very intent on getting this issue taken care of. More
