I want to share my car purchase experience at Don Herring Mitsubishi of Plano. My sales guy, Scott Fickert is the best. No pressure, no hassel calls and complete honesty of my credit situation. They worked out a great deal even though I had some bumps on my credit. Scott and his finance guys explain the process every step of the way. I wasn't optimistic and I wasn't hopeful of what Scott could do for me. It was so unexpected when I was told " you got a new car" I couldn't believe it ! I couldn't thank Scott enough ! As a grandmother who is close to 60 years old, it was such a pleasure to know I could obtain my first new car. I love my car ! I will be singing Scott Fickert's praises to every one. I can't express my Thanks enough ! It has been a pleasure to meet the team at Don Herring Mitsubishi of Plano. Scott you are the best!! More
