They quoted me $60 for oil change. Even I have a coupon, it only brings the total down to $56. In the past, I only paid $40 for oil change in the same dealer. We haven’t owned a Mitsubishi since the early 2000’s, but it was serviced at Don Herring. We recently found ourselves in the need for a replacement vehicle yet most dealerships had little to no inventory. it was serviced at Don Herring. Within 2 days, he had not only located a vehicle for us, but completed the paperwork and delivered it to some very happy customers. We’ve bought several vehicles over the past 30 years, but none of the purchases have ever gone this fast or smooth. Can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the service provided by Scott Fickert and General Sales Manager Brett Cantrell. Incidentally, Brett promised a free accessory to my daughter only to learn it was actually twice the price he’d thought. Brett honored his word and threw it in as promised.
