This is my second purchase from Don Herring Mitsubishi, and I have loved both experiences! I had my Endeavor since 2010, and it was my favorite auto ever! Unfortunately, she was recently totaled in an accident. I was having a difficult time letting go, and then I met Scott Fickert! He made buying my new Outlander Sport so easy and so much fun. I felt so comfortable...I could really be myself and very honest about needing to make a purchase, when I really just wanted my Endeavor back. Scott helped me through my auto grieving process, and I came to fall in love with my Outlander! The entire purchase was easy, and Scott let me know right when my auto came off the truck, all shiny and new. I even made it on a calendar! My adult kids thought that was hysterical...love it! I am, also, loving my new ride and will be back to Don Herring for my next "whatever cool thing" Mitsubishi makes in the future. I just hope Scott is still there!!! More
The dealer service dept broke my antenna mast on my 1994 3000 GT during service they performed on January 11, 2022. The dealer took no responsibility but did order a new mast and said they would help me wi 3000 GT during service they performed on January 11, 2022. They should do the right thing and Pat for the repair. The video they showed me did not support their comment that the mast was damaged when I brought it in. More
