He never exerts any pressure, but wins you over with his fun and engaging style and willingness to spend lots of time guiding you through all the features of each vehicle. (I sometimes stop by the dealership just to spend some time laughing with Scott!) Although my previous Outlander Sport was only 2 years old and wonderful to drive, I decided I needed a larger vehicle for car-pooling and travel. The gorgeous 2022 Outlander was perfect for my needs and loaded with every ounce of technology on the market--especially the side camera for putting an end to scraping tires on the curb when turning right. In addition to Scott, I am very impressed with management and their superb and spotless service department. All these aspects keep me returning to Don Herring time after time.
